This has been running through  my mind all day since the News Broke  , I honestly couldn’t stop thinking about it, really just pretty pissed off and I feel that WB is taking something so special to us fans and trashing it.  I feel if there is going to Be a Buffy Movie that it has to be Written by Joss and that Sarah has to Play Buffy and the rest of the characters must be there and played by the Original’s No Recast, I accept nothing, yes I am greedy, but I was also with Buffy for 7 Years while it was on air and then remained a fan years and years after it was off air , I’m still a dedicated fan, and no matter what happens I’ll always be a Buffy Fan , but only where Joss, SMG and the entire cast are concerned.

I was 11 Years Old when Buffy First aired on The WB I instantly fell in love with it, I idolized Buffy, Joss wrote this strong, heroine, brave character for me a little girl to look up too , ok so he didn’t just write it for me, but it felt like it! hehe but he gave  all us Buffy Fans something special to have every week and for the rest of our lives! No one but JOSS should be able to touch this beautiful name but him. The thing is, it’s not just the name, there is so much Behind the Name, there is The Cast of course, The Crew , The Fans everything has made Buffy what it was, and Just to reboot, even though it’s a reboot of the movie, it just feels after Joss came back with it as a Series and it was EPIC after that and for someone to come in and RIP that all away is just insane.

I only think a Buffy Fan will understand where we are all coming from, it hurts to think that something you loved so much is going to be gutted.  I just feel there is no need for this Reboot, why not be creative and write something yourself, instead of needing the Buffy name to get your movie out there, and using the whole set up of it all as well. I guess creativity lacks in Hollywood ah yes, so lets reboot thats always the answer now a days, it’s ok to reboot SOME STUFF I’m not saying it isn’t but it’s FAR too soon to reboot Buffy, considering the show has ONLY been off the air since 2003, a bit too soon do anything really. We Fans are NOT ready for this, the only thing we’d accept is a Movie written By Joss and the Original Cast has to be in it, No Joss, No Sarah, etc then NO  ME…I won’t speak for all Buffy Fans but I know a lot feel the exact same way I do, and some are maybe ok with the idea? I don’t know but I’m not ok with it, nor will I Ever be. I am a die hard Sarah Michelle Gellar Fan and she is MY BUFFY Always…

Thank YOU Joss and everyone behind Buffy The Vampire Slayer for giving me 7 wonderful Season’s to have grown up with. I get to watch them over and over again and I couldn’t possibly think of a reboot.

I now want a Buffy Movie more THEN EVER with Joss writing it and of course my beloved Sarah playing Buffy , I think NOW is the time to kick it in gear and give the fans what they really want.
